Adding to the uncertainty, a separate CEI document for 2025 candidates in constituency 100, Daloa lists Amaral as a “suppléant” on the RHDP list, a formal role that is not the same as holding a seated deputy position. The article argues that clarifying Amaral’s status requires obtaining the full 2021 name roster tied to the results and cross-checking it against an official National Assembly seating record, warning that loose use of parliamentary titles undermines public accountability and voters’ ability to verify representation.
